Ryan Pan is a partner of the firm’s Taipei office in Taiwan. He has an extensive litigation practice with a concentration in complex litigation that often involves large-scale civil, criminal, commercial and intellectual property matters, as well as parallel regulatory and government enforcement proceedings.

Ryan’s litigation practice includes a range of commercial tort and contract, real property, trade secret, intellectual property and securities matters. Ryan also has significant experience in a range of internal investigation, compliance, and regulatory matters, particularly within the commercial banks and financial institutions.

Ryan also has experience with a broad range of the most complex criminal matters. He has represented cases concerning white-collar crimes involving highly complex investigations that require specific experience to build an effective defense. He is with the substantial experience of representing clients in securities-related litigations and other criminal proceedings.

Ryan Pan has extensive experience in both civil and family law and criminal defense. Ryan also concentrates his practice on white-collar litigation, regulatory enforcement and compliance, and complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on banking and other financial services litigation.

Ryan is dedicated to providing advice to clients who are navigating the legal challenging to avoid significant costs and complications before courts by strategic thinking from the outset. He also counsels both employers and employees on the ever-changing landscape of employment law concerning discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and employee termination.

Ryan’s real estate practice lies in the depth of his experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions. He regularly handles large and complex property acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture arrangements, development projects, financings, restructurings and leasing transactions on behalf of a wide range of clients.

Ryan also handles the full range of family and matrimonial issues. He litigates or negotiates complex disputes involving divorce, equitable distribution, custody, visitation, child and spousal support, paternity and other areas of family and matrimonial practice. In addition, he focuses on asset management by providing legal advice and strategic guidance on complex analysis of income, estate and gift tax implications, and premarital, marital, separation and other agreements.
