Overview

Members of BSTN’s international law practice have extensive experience in representing sovereignty States, corporations, international organizations, non-governmental organizations and individuals in disputes of international law and helping our clients determine their best course of action.

Our representation extends to counseling sovereignty States on treaty, statutory and UN resolution negotiation in the areas of environment, climate change, fisheries, human rights, nuclear weapon, cybersecurity and renewable energy.

Furthermore, BSTN continues its engagement with sovereign States and foreign investors resolving disputes in the world’s principal arbitral forums, including the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS), the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
